Patagonian lamb cooked in asador, finely seasoned with regional spices; trout, salmon and crab meat; accompanied by green vegetables and aromatic herbs from our organic garden. Apart from that, our wine cellar has a special selection of wines from Argentina, especially those made in cold areas, known as Patagonian wines; and all necessary equipment for the tasting, selection, classification, stowage and care of our wine collection.
